Maurizio La Noce

Chairman, IBC-AD Acting as Senior Advisor to the CEO of the Mubadala Energy Platform since 2014, Maurizio La Noce is heavily involved in the management of Mubadala Petroleum and Masdar - Abu Dhabi Future Energy Company. Bolstered by his exemplary track record and deep industry understanding, Maurizio directly supports the E-CEO in managing a variety of critical activities.

Among others, Maurizio served for many years on the Board of Emirates Aluminium‎, Masdar, Global Foundries of the US, Spyker Cars NV, Saab, as well as holding various Committee chairmanships. He is currently a Board member in the London Array Ltd power company and also affiliated with the Investment Committee at Masdar.

Maurizio holds a degree in Industrial Electronics from the ‘A. Beltrami’ Technology College in Milan, and attended the College of Petroleum Studies in Oxford, UK gaining a solid academic education in hydrocarbons. In 2009 he was bestowed of the title of ’Commendatore’ by Italy’s former President Giorgio Napolitano, following the nomination by the Italian Minister of State for Foreign Affairs.

Riccardo Sensi

Vice Chairman, IBC-AD Riccardo Sensi is the Partner in charge of the UAE/GCC practice of Gianni, Origoni, Grippo, Cappelli & Partners since 2010 and has been with the law firm since 2003.

With a solid 23-year experience in drafting and negotiating joint ventures agreements, shareholder agreements, commercial and financing agreements with a focus on the Real Estate Industry, EPC and Engineering/Designing agreements and related guarantee packages, Riccardo has forged his career at International, high-caliber law enterprises like Baker & McKenzie in Italy, maturing a deep understanding of various law systems and legal subjects.

A member of the Italian Bar since 1994, Riccardo is also affiliated with the International Bar Association as well as a contributor to the Law Journal of the Center for International Legal Studies in Salzburg, and a member of the Dubai International Arbitration Center.

Following a law degree from ’La Sapienza’ University of Rome, Riccardo also attended the “Orientation Program in the US Legal System“ at the George Washington University, and obtained an LL.M from New York University Law School, specializing in International Business Transactions.

Federico Lodi

Secretary Serving as General Manager of Inalca Emirates LLC, a joint venture between Cremonini Group and Emirates Advanced Investment Group, and playing an active role in food trading and distribution within the United Arab Emirates and GCC countries, Federico Lodi is an experienced veteran of the food industry with unprecedented YOY sales record registered throughout his career.

Before joining Inalca Emirates LLC, Federico has held managerial positions in several multinational companies specialising in finance, food production and distribution, international trade and professional sports.

Determined to proceed further in his studies after holding a degree in Business and Economics from University of Modena, Federico obtained a Master Degree in International Marketing from Haagse Hogeschool, The Hague, Netherlands which makes him a highly-accomplished, versatile professional in various food related sectors.

Federico Di Francesco

Member Federico Di Francesco has over 20 years of experience as a Plastic & Reconstructive Surgeon in Italy and UK, and is currently serving as Senior Plastic Surgery Consultant at Elyzee Day Surgery Center in Abu Dhabi.

Amongst other past roles, Federico has co-operated as Team Leader and Surgeon with Interplast USA (Re-Surge), providing free reconstructive surgery for children and local doctors training in Central-South America and Vietnam.

Graduated in Medicine and Surgery at University of Milan, Federico has obtained various certifications and professional affiliations with prominent entities such as the Italian and European Boards of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery as well as the Italian, American, British and Emirati Plastic Surgery Societies.

Pietro Paolo Rampino

Treasurer Pietro Paolo Rampino is currently Vice Chairman and Treasurer at the Joint Italian Arab Chamber, as well as the founder and CEO of the Italian Incubator of Excellency based in Jafza, Dubai.

With a distinguished, multi-faceted track record in chartered accounting and auditing, Pietro has also held top-tier positions throughout the years as Technical Court Advisor and Official Receiver for the Court of Milan, Chairman of the Board of Auditors and Internal Auditors of several medium and large Italian enterprises, as well as board member and trustee in major bankruptcy proceedings with the Milan Court of Law.

Having graduated in Business and Economics at UCSC University in Milan, Pietro subsequently obtained a Masters Degree in Corporate Finance at Bocconi University. Pietro is also a lecturer at LUISS University in Rome.

Alessandro Rotoli

Member Alessandro Rotoli has been working with the banking colossus Intesa Sanpaolo since 2002 and is currently serving as General Manager of Intesa Sanpaolo – Abu Dhabi branch, bringing with him a decennal experience in International Finance and Banking.

Together with his previous senior roles within the Asian and European banking sector, Alessandro has matured an extensive knowledge and deep understanding on how to enter and develop new markets with the expansion of the bank assets and customer base.

Graduated from the University of Naples Federico II with a Bachelor Degree in Business and Economics, Alessandro subsequently obtained a Masters Degree in Finance and Investment Banking from the European School of Economics. Alessandro is also board member at the Italian Chamber of Commerce of Dubai.

Livio Fabi

Treasurer Livio Fabi is the General Manager of Khalidiyah Mall in Abu Dhabi.

He is a highly qualified senior retail real estate professional with over 15 years of experiece in retail asset management and strategic project leasing with exposure throughout various markets experience.

In his earlier career steps, Livio served as Asset Manager in international organisations such as Cushman & Wakefield and Ségécé Italia (Gruppo Klepierre), which seeded his interest in the retail sector and allowed him to develop a deep understanding of the industry from a global perspective.

Livio holds a Master of Science in Economics and Banking from the University of Siena.

Francesco Pansardi

Member With more than 20 years of experience in the fields of business, finance, hospitality and retail industries, Francesco Pansardi is currently a partner at Tedeschi, a leading interior consultancy group specialised in hospitality, residential and commercial real estate projects. He serves also as President & CEO of Tedeschi Middle East and Vice President of Tedeschi USA. Nonetheless, Francesco is the sole founder and principal of Global Relation Advisory Inc.

His broad expertise and multi-faceted entrepreneurial skills, added to his position as Board Member of the Opera Orchestra of New York, as well as Contributing Member of the Virtue Foundation (NYC) and of the Institute of International Education (NYC), makes Francesco a valuable asset to the IBC-AD Board in a number of fields.

Francesco graduated in Business and Economics at University of Parma and completed his Executive MBA at the Columbia University, USA.

Alberto Nencha

Past President Alberto Nencha serves as Partner and Chief of Legal and Compliance Officer at I-Hub Dubai and Executive Director of SpecTec Middle East, and is responsible for the distribution and service of the most advanced PMS/ ERP systems in Maritime, Oil & Gas and Defence.

With a background of more than twenty years in the Italian Fiscal Police - achieving the rank of Colonel – Alberto’s main skills focus on the understanding of companies management, together with a solid financial and law preparation, and the ability to manage resources in different situations and professional environments.

From January 2012 until January 2016, Alberto headed the Italian Business Council of Abu Dhabi as Chairman, and is still serving today as Board Member.

Graduated in Business Economics at ’La Sapienza’ University of Rome and in Law at University of Bari, Alberto completed his studies with a Master Degree in Strategic Studies from LUISS Business School in Rome.

Arianna Posenato

PR & Communications Manager Arianna Posenato, a young PR professional, joined Ferrari World Abu Dhabi in 2012 at only 28 years old and is currently serving as PR & Communications Manager, overseeing the press office, media and external relations, as well as managing Social Media and Crisis Communications for the popular theme-park.

Arianna brings with her a full-fledged experience in corporate and consumer communications within the UAE and GGC region and, as a member at MEPRA (Middle East Public Relations Association), has a thorough understanding of the region’s communications climate.

With a Bachelor Degree in International Communications from the University for Foreigners of Perugia, and a Master in International Relations and Diplomacy at the LUISS University in Rome, Arianna has matured a solid academic background to support her professional experience.
